DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY APPLICANTS ADMITTED FOR REGISTRATION IN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT VACANCIES IN 2015-2016 ACADEMIC YEAR AT FIRAT UNIVERSITY

1-  The original copy of high school diploma with its notary certified turkish translation, and the “certificate of equivalence which proves its equivalence to turkish high school diplomas taken from Turkish Ministry of National Education or a Turkish Embassy/Consulate in student`s home country,

2-   The orginal copy of transcript showing the titles and grades of courses taken in high school education and its notary certified turkish translation

3-   The original copy of passport or official ID and notary certified or turkish consulate (in student´s home country) certified turkish translation of ID information,

4-  Educational visa taken from the Turkish Embassy in student”s home country,

5-   Two passport photos taken within the last six months (photos with dark color glasses and fotocopied or scanned photos are not accepted)

6-   Exam Result Document (FUYOS, KUNIB, e-YOS ,SAT1, etc.)

7-    Education or contribution fee can be paid at all domestic branches of Vakifbank between 28 September-09 October 2015 by using student number.

8-   Students are to fill in the Firat University International Student Registration and Information Form(APP 1) in three copies and submit after approving during registration.

9-   Students who have done their exact registration have recourse to Immigration Admistration Office of Elazig Governorate (at Governorate Additional Building next to old Provincial Bank) for residence permit and temporary turkish citizenship number and apply for general health insurance.

10-     Students to enrol in departments of Elazig School of Health and Sports and Physical Education are to bring a committee report from Firat University Hospital which proves the lack of any physical, pschological  and corporal handicaps that would prevent from carrying out the profession during and after the education and submit it.

11-  Students will need approximately ten thousend TL per year for their expenses during their education at our university. Students must provide their financial assurance by taking into acount it.

12-     Applicants have to apply in person for exact registration.
